At the risk of repeating myself, I've not seen any suggestion from anybody on here that they think that is the case ! 3 or 4 consecutive wins in this league is a hard ask. Not many teams capable of doing it. Take most clubs best players away and they struggle unless they have the financial resources to maintain a squad of size and quality.

The other two have had exceptional results, but you would associate a consecutive winning run of 3+ games with the upper echelons of the league. I don’t think you realise how competitive the Premier League is. Wasn’t it you that suggested giving our fringe players a start against the “ weaker teams “ in the league ? And who would they be then ??
