...they were expensive players, and some big club did very well by not having them onboard full-time. - villa dodged a bullet by giving us Benteke - Tom Ince ? - Yannick Bolasie.....brilliant for us, and then injured for Everton. less of a bullet than bad luck. - whatever club nearly signed Mesut Ozil before he joined Arsenal What other expensive bullets got successfully dodged by canny clubs ?
