Surely not. You can't mess with John Lee Hooker.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

I think you'd have to lead it, Bill. I was lucky enough to see John Lee Hooker perform at the Crystal Palace hotel around 1968/69.

Perhaps the most memorable song for me was when Steve Bruce returned to Selhurst with Birmingham, after walking out on us around November 2001 when I think we were near the top of what was then the old second division(for younger readers what is now the championship).

Don’t recall that Bill but do quite clearly remember chants of ‘Steve Bruce, takes it up the ar5e’ over and over again to the tune of ‘1-0 and you f**ked it up’.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

In Lieu of Olise's injury, What about : We should have bought someone, Someone for the Wing, to the tune of "I could have danced all night" from My fair Lady
"It was a Team effort, I guess it took all players working together to lose this one" |
