Well my ticket didn't work again on Sunday. NFC or QR code. The "assistance" I and others got from the stewards was basically very little and was rude from one particular lady. She was on the door and wouldn't even left those though whose tickets had been confirmed by the hand scanner. The chap with the scanner just shrugged his shoulders!!! plastic Cards were also being rejected. There were around a dozen of us all being told to walk round to the box office to sort it. Half of those people, like me were quite old. I'm just recovering from an operation so that little un-necessary excursion would have taken me some time. I asked for a senior steward who was told the same thing. Disgraceful customer service. They called the Police on one chap got animated about being told to go to the box office. I pointed out that I had my ticket and ID. Nope. Still refused entry. What amazed me was being told that we couldn't go though unless our ticket was scanned but disabled people were just showing their card and being allowed in!!! So which is it? After 10 minutes arguing the senior steward got a message saying asked them to try now. Low and behold it worked!!!! I've emailed the club telling them about the whole episode and suggesting that they sort this at the point of entry and NOT tell us to walk round to the box office.

Agree - point of entry is the place for things to be sorted out. My new card is still under test. Ticket holders have made an effort and need to be first in Steward thinking.
