Edouard with 4 and Mateta with 3 and we’re only just into September, goal machines or what? Edited by monkey (03 Sep 2023 8.09pm)

I remain to be convinced. Edouard scored 2 on his debut then only managed another 4 for the whole season.

Edouard is certainly anticipating crosses better with three of his goals coming in the 6 yard box. His second goal today showed some excellent footwork and composure. Just a shame the latter was not forthcoming when the chance came to him after the goal-line clearance from Ayew's chance. Minor gripe in the circumstances though

Apart from being lazy, that was my biggest annoyance with Benteke, he didn’t attack the ball in the area
