Macron shirt sizes

Yesterday I pulled out an old Palace Macron training top from a few seasons ago size medium and fitted me perfectly. I thought I had put on a few pounds (lockdown weight) in the last few years but maybe it wasn't just that.

I recently got a gift of a blue long sleeved, and a short sleeved training top, both XL, they are a bit tight alright, and I'm a 34"waist and bit of a daddy belly, but nothing major!! Ahem!!
