Call me mad but..... We have lost Zaha. Zaha went to Man United and didn't do very well but came back to us where he played his best stuff. Sancho went to Man United and didn't do very well. How about if Palace signed him? Maybe we could be what brings the best out of him and will probably get him for a reasonable price if United want rid of him...

They want £45m for McTominay and having laid out over £70m for Sancho would want to recoup as much if it as possible, especially since they're facing a big loss on Maguire.

There's a difference between someone they signed for £10m from the Championship, never played, and sent on loan to Cardiff, to someone who played 26 PL games for them last year, was signed for £70m, and is a full England international with multiple Champions League games behind them. Even if United wanted rid, why on earth would he go to Palace?

Saw mandueke (spelling?) come on for England u21 final. Squint and it was the younger Wilf. Pay Chelsea c£25m for him and hopefully the Zaha Gap is partially/prospectively filled. That has logic. Sancho though, no chance whatsoever.

We do a lot of looking at players it’s seems. We are the perennial peasants of the PL. possible to get a loan perhaps.

They owe us after Butland. Maybe we have a decent enough relationship with them to get someone decent on loan. I thought Elanga might have been a good one but that's life.
