It looks like those of us who rely on streaming to watch Palace may find there are fewer options next season. [Link] If the game is not on a legit channel I use a site that's been fairly reliable until recently when the stream has been shut down after half an hour or so like someone's pulled the plug. I pay for BT Sport which includes Sky so don't feel too bad about streaming occasionally only those Palace matches not shown live in the UK. Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Despite the PLs recent media offensive in a very transparent attempt at scaremongering re. illegal streamers and those that stream illegally, I would say you're safe for now. Knowing a bit about this area, until more effective end to end encryption of content comes in en masse (think WhatsApp), all these 'expert' firms are really doing is manually locating streaming URLs and shutting them down, as they pop up. The problem for them is they're simply closing the URL and not the source, so it's a massively time consuming and resource intensive game of whack-a-mole that they're never going to be able to keep up with. Eventually they track the source and it gets eliminated, but that takes weeks, months etc., warrants and so on. Sure it might not be the complete free for all it was historically but I highly doubt it's going to effect the general availability of illegal streams in the near future. Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons.

If I can't get to a game I generally listen to the game on palace radio. I pull my hair out on the illegal streams with the buffering and the constant adds so I've stopped lately. Sometimes I get sky and bt if they have a good offer on Now TV and then cancel after the month or two when the deal expires.
