The Tories have been in government since 2010. Working majorities since 2015. And from 2019, a majority meaning they can do what they want. This s*** happens because the Tories WANT it to happen. Everybody blames Labour for the grooming gangs but I am rapidly moving on from that narrative. Labour might have let these gangs exist in exchange for votes but the Tories allow these people to remain in the country. Our entire Establishment not only allowed these gangs to exist but also now support the rights of people like this to not be thrown out. Forget Labour v Tory v SNP v Lib Dems. They are ALL our enemy. Edited by Matov (16 May 2023 9.24pm) This is what happens when common sense is relegated and replaced by ideology that means well for the law abiding but which - due to human rights - is used more often by the criminal element of society. I’m sure many on here would want the rights of criminals to be removed for abusing the rights of the law abiding. It will never happen…
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

No government can "do what it wants, because there are always m'learned friends in the background with their own anti-establishment agendas.

For decades we have had politicians all parties talking tough on crime "Tough on crime tough on the causes of crime" "Frogmarch them to a cash point" It's all BS until they pass laws that actually back it up, most of them are lawyers so even when they are saying these things they know that the HR industry will never allow it. Cynical vote grabbing by the elite. I have no idea who I will vote for next time but the Tories have been a major disappointment.
