I see poch has picked up where Lamps left off last year. I'm sure he'll sort it out, but it does make me smile given all the money they threw around in the past year.

Their big bet is offering young players 8 year contracts to avoid FFP rules. Theres a reason why teams havent done this before. This could backfire badly, but likely won't as they are practically guaranteed to stay in the PL.

Still a few Wickhams out there will cost a lot with no resale value or ability to offload for a fee.
