If the press reports are true then the police action was correct.

I was on a tram in Croydon recently and the ticket people got on and asked everybody for their tickets. One young black woman got extremely abusive to the inspector and refused to show her ticket or leave the Tram (he wasn't even threatening to fine her).

Eventually when he called the police she left with a volley of abuse at the inspector.

Some people are just idiots, why on earth social media are sticking up for them. The woman had a valid ticket just show it.
