PV's doing well. He makes mistakes and has flaws but who hasn't?
Sitting 10th, challenging the best teams regularly, a good bunch of youngsters in U18s/U21s all pushing upward, some promising talent out on loan, the finances seem healthy, I have never seen this club looking so stable and strong. Talk of getting rid of PV? Under these conditions? What sort of miserable person would suggest that?

I Think the Jury is still out on PV. he's shown us what he wants to achieve and has overseen a good start in progressing this club.
He may still fail and you can see both signs to be fearful of and signs to be excited about. To get rid now though, after what he has achieved so far would be incredibly harsh, and would quite possible turn us into a laughing stock club.
Lets not forget many predicted how tough life after Hodgson would/could be(myself included). He's performed as good as anyone could have realistically hoped for.

Its still early days, and there's no impending doom on the horizon. He needs and deserves more time to mould his team.
