Toxic is the right word - he will likely not last long unless he can get those players to join him on his journey.

I guess a lot depends on how the new owner sees CFC - I would think -if you had just bought a football club at , what was it 4 billion squid & within 5 minutes of getting your name on an office door you had to spend another £200 million in the transfer window & £21 million to get the manager you wanted + £7 million to get the outgoing manager out of the door, if nothing else you have bought the right to be the man to determine what the future looks like -

Apparently he fell out with the new owner who wanted a signature signing e.g. Ronaldo. Tuchel said no as it didn't fit with his strategy. Ronaldo is a great player at the end of his career and would have been an expensive luxury however the owner I guess was more like that annoying neighbour "I've just got the latest plasma TV / electric car Iphone etc." If he carries on like that he is going to waste of lot of money before he realises that you should let the manager do his job.

Yep am inclined to believe and agree with all there. Very much the implementation of the American model. Apparently, on BBC, Chelsea have already lined up a Potter replacement if things 'don't work out with Potter'. Talk about backing you man! Haha
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |
