I understand about 5% of the UK population are black therefore with the Premier League having one black manager this is proportionally inline. In 2021 there were 7 black managers across the 92 league clubs (i.e. approx. 8%).
The fact that there are a higher percentage of black players, maybe we should be looking to address why there is a lack of representation of white players

Seriously, if you want to talk about under representation in football, why are there so few Asian people involved at any level, considering there is double the numbers of Asians to blacks in the UK. And what about women in the men's game. Are they not just as capable to be managers/ coaches etc.?

Personally I have always hated the requirement to have quotas. In all circumstances the best qualified/ experienced should get the job regardless.

You seem to think there is an imbalance of black players in the side, chosen to reflect the image of the manager. Is that as a player or as a human being?
You seem to have implied that Connor Gallagher wouldn't be recruited as he is not black, as per a profiling agenda from 'senior management.'

Did I misinterpret what you deleted? If so, please excuse me. But I read it more than once and that seemed to be the gist.
