Surely we must have the worst maintained website in the Premier!! The teams section, has the Under 23's (should now be the Under 21's as this has changed from this season) still listing Jaroslaw Jach, who must be the most (over) age player ever listed in a development squad!!😂 and other younger players that have been released, but are still listed. Even the first team squad still shows Conor Gallagher. You would think after nine years in the Premier we would have a much better website.

Not much has changed in my 49 years and 11 months of being taken for granted...but we all keep coming back!

Years ago, I was one of the inaugural members of 'Lifeline'. I received my membership pack and free gift, and then would receive all the Lifeline communications and invitations; I would use my Lifeline card to get a small discount on overpriced shiny shirts in the club shop etc etc. And then I pitched up to buy my ticket for Cambridge v Palace FA Cup QF 1990, to be told that my Lifeline membership had been suspended because no membership money whatsoever had ever been debited from my bank account (I think it was then the monthly equivalent of 2 quid a month). I asked why I had never been contacted about it, and the reply was "well don't you ever check your bank account?" I then had a strop, and ultimately they let me have a ticket on the basis that I was also a season ticket holder (luckily I'd brought it with me).

After letters to the club and to my bank, it emerged that the failure to activate the direct debits was the club's fault. Despite my annoyance, I paid the backlog, but I didn't receive thanks or an apology.
