I need some help. I’ve just come back from holiday where I had limited access to TV and I now want to watch “The Full 90” of the Man U match, but when I try to watch I see a message saying “You require a selected membership or Palace TV+ Subscription to access this video.”. I’m a gold member and I was able to watch the Full 90 minutes of The Arsenal game in April. I was able to watch extended highlights of the Everton match earlier today. Have the rules changed? Do memberships expire at the end of May? If so it seems a bit soon especially as I’ve not yet had an invitation to renew my membership yet. Can anybody shed any light on this? Thanks in anticipation.

Renewals have started now for season 22-23. The club are selling Palace tv as an add on benefit to season ticket along with other perceived benefits such as being able to sell match tickets to fellow season ticket holders and calling it Season ticket plus for an extra £50.00.

I have renewed my season ticket & season ticket + for next year -Just been on to the Palace TV website & have seen the same message as you - I can watch the extended highlights of the Man U game (6 minutes) So as earlier post I would imagine that the site had a reset at the end of May & will become live for full game highlights when we get nearer to pre season ( for those that have a membership)

Thanks for your replies. I later checked the Membership FAQs on the wesite and I saw that your season’s membership expires after the last premier match of the season. Seems a bit of a nonsense as the video in question can’t be posted before then and it is content relating to 21/22. I’ll wait till I’ve renewed my membership.
