Struggling with the Ticketaster FAQ's

Hi, my son is a gold member, I wasn't but I renewed but my account didn't appear to have retained my sales history. I'm assuming that only he will be able to buy a ticket on Monday. I intend to do that and if in the unlikely event it goes beyond the published phases try and pick up two together later? Will I be able to refund or resell my original ticket, and would the potential buyer be able to upgrade to an adult ticket? If I can't get tickets I'll have to decide whether to send him in on his own so I might be looking to sell in anyway. Edited by Johannis (02 Apr 2022 12.26pm)

Myself and my son are both Gold members. I have sales history, including the purchase more recently of his membership. Ticketmaster will not accept my client reference, but they have my sons. They have also already sold me a ticket to the semi final, even though his membership, as its not attached to a season ticket, should not allow this until 11am on Monday. Because, of the problems registering my details and because I'll be at work Monday, I've settled on buying just 1 ticket, and will keep my fingers crossed that I'll be a get two tickets through other means and sell the one I've already got. If not, sadly, he'll be watching from home!

Yes, the whole process isn't inspiring confidence. The lack of history on my account is frustrating and exacerbated by not being able to get through to the box office (i expect everyone is trying to get through to them). Anyway, he's getting the first ticket and i expect i'll be waiting outside for him.

The lack of history on my account is frustrating and exacerbated by not being able to get through to the box office (i expect everyone is trying to get through to them).
Anyway, he's getting the first ticket and i expect i'll be waiting outside for him.

it let me buy one on my membership today? Not convinced it should've, I'm not sure Ticketmaster can do all of the restrictions? I wasn't able to do the assign numbers thing so to buy two together I had to juggle two browsers. Most of the upper tier is showing 40-50% availability still
