Very good, excellent Research, and in my opinion the perfect man to add to his relegation list

Just because he has been frozen out at Newcastle, doesn't make him a bad player. With the exception of Saint-Maxim (and possibly Wilson), the rest of the Newcastle team has been poor.

With better coaching and better players around him, he could be very decent.

If Newcastle survive this season, then they will be looking at players of a much higher calibre.

I agree i think he's a decent defender. When Norwich last came up he impressed me as Selhurst and defended well against Wilf on a couple of 1 to 1's (when Wilf switched to the right - in case you were wondering).
That defence also had Godfrey and Arrons - Godfrey went to Everton and Arrons is always linked with other clubs.

Liverpool were interested before Newcastle signed him for c£15m.

Since then it's not gone great, but i still think there is a good player in there
