Cat gets knocked over

Neutering is very rare amongst the indigenous population over here, and the stray cats and dogs situation is terrible. My wife was a the local supermarket in the pouring rain the other day and there was a puppy distressed and soaking wet running around yelping outside. It was heart breaking but that is what it is here. And as for the f***ers who knock cats over and don't stop to put them by the roadside.
