the new rules are directly against Health and safty , cyclist as said do not have any lessons of how to ride there bike on the road and have been omitted from any unsafe behaviour , use the footpaths as there roadway causing problems there . no tax no insurance no license , any company that worked that way would face big fines

As someone already said there are not enough PCs to stop this and other things happening. Most people would prefer the bar being raised by all concerned and maybe more cameras as my road now has a speed limit of 20mph but no cameras so guess what has happened? SFA
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |
