HT 0-1 Actually, quite an entertaining game. One thing that stands out to my mind is, when we fanny around with playing out from the back, Liverpool press high & very quickly, causing our defence & 'keeper to hurry passes, when they have the ball in their own half, all our players are in our half & not pressing at all(led to their goal & pen). Ferguson is playing as a CB with Kelly, Clyne & Adaramola are very useful attacking full-backs, Jairo is sitting in the middle as a DCM, Rak-Sakyi is being, well, himself, a nippy attacking pain in the 'arse'. Looking forward to the 2nd half. COYP

0-2 - excellent goal on the break. Tough game today, Liverpool's pressing was impressive. Thought Ferguson did ok as the game went on. As a team, not quite at it although I think credit to Liverpool for their performance.

FT 0-2 Entertaining game, but a losing trilogy, all at home, all against Liverpool. As steeleye correctly pointed out their high press was our undoing, they were good at it, we didn't even try to. Heard Brighty say there was a match on thurs to give others a run out, not sure who against or where.
