Transfer Digital Season Ticket

Hi all, Now everyone is much more familiar with the digital season tickets, can anyone tell me how I can transfer tickets on my Season ticket for just one game to a member of my family? Can't got to a game and they would like to go instead, but no idea how to transfer the ticket to them. Any help appreciated

Unless you're getting issued PDF tickets every week there's no QR code for app based seasons. Not mine anyway, as it's contactless entry rather than QR scanning. You'll need to get the person you want to use the ticket to download the Palace App, log in using your details and download the season to their phone (for Apple it's 'Wallet', for android I have no idea but assume the same principle). Two of us have done this since the start of the season and it means we can carry each others and our own seasons on us so when someone misses a game we don't need to go through all the rubbish of calling the box office, issuing a ticket etc etc etc.

On my season ticket, open it, hit the three little dots in the bottom right and it will open the QR code. Screen shot that on the day of the game. That is how I enter and it works a treat. Edited by dreamwaverider (13 Dec 2021 5.34pm)

In fact just checked my phone ticket is already showing the Southampton game so I could screen shot it now.

I can of course open the ticket then hold it under the reader without opening the qr code. Either.
