An obvious place with legalisation is the new USA legalisation. I don't think, personally, that legalising weed, regulating it and getting tax income would be harmful. I would think it's largely beneficial. For a start, let's face it, there are millions of weed smokers in the UK. For balance, I guess the downsides are hungry people eating donuts at strange times, a certain laziness, and possible mental health issues. Of course, the issues exist legal or illegal. It seems less harmful to legalise and regulate in my opinion. Pass me a j there man.

It doesn't stop the criminal supply it just changes it. The state are creating a less harmful product in some ways (though lets not forget the mental health risks). However, they can and would be undercut by the criminal black market supply chain.....they simply reduce prices and while the circulation is reduced it still goes on. Essentially it makes it cleaner and safer for the middle classes, while enabling the poorer classes to get more of the sh1ttier product for less. Edited by Stirlingsays (08 Dec 2021 6.59pm)
