My pension is with this mob so when I heard they were being sold I thought great, pay day. They have offered me £100 the company has already said jobs will go. I am not adverse to a bit of bribery but I was expecting somewhere between £2-3000 considering the size of my pension. It seems that the shareholders get the shaft whilst the owners and the bosses gets the gold mine. Anyway I voted no, cheeky b******s even phoned me up, “just to make sure I was voting”. For once I agree with Michael Hesseltine it is a terrible deal for everyone bar the few, just hoping the other shareholders feel the same. Now it looks like the company will be run from an offshore tax have so if you have a vote I urge you to vote no.

Never been a fan of demutualisation even when loads of building societies and insurers were going down that road in the 90's and plenty were making money.

I just received the most one sided survey I find it hard to believe that is does not break financial regulation rules. It is not a survey just a PR exercise by LV and pointless for me as I have already voted. Quite disgusting how the questions are phrased and the answer options are limited in some cases to only saying positive things are LV.
