Season Ticket disappeared from Apple Wallet

I wonder if anyone can help. I had mine and my sons season ticket downloaded to my Apple wallet on my phone. I looked to see if it they had updated to the Wolves game this morning and they both still said Newcastle so I swiped down to update but now my sons has gone from the wallet. I thought I would go to my Palace account and download it again but neither mine or my sons are there to download. Any suggestions before I call the box office.

I'm answering my own question again. Apparently as he is only 12 from now on he has to use the card season ticket that he was sent rather than the phone ticket which is why it has disappeared.
