loyalty points using smart phone ?

Hi Does anyone know how you add loyalty points to your account for purchases in the club shop do you just scan your phone ? as the old way was just scan your season ticket card thanks in advance

They make a note and pass it on to the box office staff to sort out, which they probably then don’t. The guys in the shop said they weren’t happy that the simple system was binned and as that was the box office’s doing they could sort it out. Suspect you’re safer buying on line.
