Boris Johnson was born in America. Is he English? Surely you understand the difference, Dan. One is a fine white gentleman and the other isn't...

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

There is no debate that Sterling is English he represents England at football, was educated here and learnt his trade here and holds an English passport. In a lot of cases it's irrelevant where someone is born as it has no bearing on their future live for example if their parents move around several different countries for work reasons.

Sterling has previous for wanting to move clubs. Liverpool were happy to poach him from QPR and then moaned when he wanted to go to Man City. Citeh are now in the same position if you sign someone like that you can't complain when he does it to you. As for Sterling he is entitled to do what he likes, it's his career.

My dad was born in Mitcham, my mum was one of 13 kids born in Sunderland and I was born in Wallington. Nevertheless, I am proud to be English.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

Exactly you have a good cross section of English in you like most English people. Of all the people I knew when I lived in London not many had both parents who were born in London, just goes to show how many people moved into London over the centuries for work back then I could understand why they would but not sure why people would now due to how expensive it is.

You clearly want to be added to the little list of people I will no longer respond to. I would urge you to consider the stupidity of your statement. You actually think that someone cannot be criticized because of their skin colour? Do you think that I'm remotely bothered by this little spate of personal attacks? On the contrary. It perfectly exposes the mentality of those responsible. Internet abusers all. It tells me that when faced with reality, all you people have is baseless accusations, and that should tell people all they need to know. Don't bother to reply.
