I'm now showing 620 in my account but I'm missing around 2700... I've emailed them twice about it.. I'm still waiting for a reply to my email from 17 days ago.... To say the administrative side of CPFC is a joke is putting it mildly.

Yes there is a reason for this. Palace's administrative capabilities are pants - always have been, always will. Whilst looking for the lost points, fixing the problem of associating points with matchday purchases on the concourse, being able to view friends and familily points totals on one account, perhaps you could update us on the position regarding the new stand application, following the 4-year annivesary of publishing fancy architectural images. Does the same person deal with both issues, or is an employee specifically employed to manage each area?
