There's a right winger for Everton who doesn't look bad. GOAL - Everton 2-1 Burnley Ohhh, what a beautyyyy!! Everton have turned the game around in the space of a few minutes and it is courtesy of a sensational strike from Andros Townsend. The winger made the first one and now scores his first Everton goal in the Premier League, picking the ball up in the Burnley half and curling a stunning 30 yard finish into the top corner. He gets one of those every 3 seasons. More likely to put it in the Upper stand.

basically, everyone was concerned that it would take time for new players to settle in and play in a new more possession-based style - well, it took about three weeks didn't it? getting 4 or 5 points from our first ten matches and having to keep faith with PV till the new year? Nope, we've dodged that bullet. With Hughes and Eze to come! well done Dougie, but SP bringing in Textor is a masterstroke, and you can see why Favre nearly took the job - SP kept his nerve and could sense (it seems to me) that PV knows what he's doing - crisis over. stop talking complete sense. Roy is the only man who can keep this club from succumbing to relegation, and it can only be done in a depressing fashion.

We are still along way to go but this start is bonus points , will look at were we are in November before saying job done, but always had faith in Vieira from the start needed him to be left to what he knows, and stick to the game plan

PV has truly been a refreshing change of style after Royball and players would appear to agree, which is significant.

The double training sessions have definitely improved the fitness of the lads.

I think this is a critical point, coming in and doubling the training sessions instantly shows intent on getting everyone on the same page quickly and to hit the ground running, the way we are trying to play is alot more exerting too, so they would need to be at peak fitness to implement it.
