Hi I’m after some help please if anyone knows what’s happening with season tickets for the coming season. I’m a new season ticket holder, bought last year but obviously didn’t get to a game. So I’ve never actually had a season card or ticket. The Brentford game is less than two weeks away and I’m about to go on holiday and want to get it sorted before I return on the morning of the game. I have popped into the club shop twice over the last month to be told an email will be sent out as it might be e-tickets but just wondered if anyone knew the answer. I have emailed ticketing/customer service today too, but yet to get a reply Thanks in advance for any help : )

I was told by the box office e-tickets would be emailed to season ticket holders due to covid. Also that if you are not able to attend and want someone else to go in your place you have to email the box office with the details of the person attending also due to covid.
I'm so Palace I don't even know it |

If anyone was in the same position as me, I’ve just got through to the club who says an email should go out to all this week. It will tell us what’s happening with regards to season tickets/e-tickets etc.

Does this also apply if you already have a season ticket card?

I got the impression the ticket desk were not sure what was happening and whether existing cards would work or whether e-tickets for all. Hopefully they will tell us before the first game

Having popped into Selhurst today, I can confirm none of the ticket desk staff in the shop know what’s happening either. They are still waiting to be told by those more important upstairs. Really poor bearing in mind it’s 10 days before the first home game and I’m sure a number of season tickets holders like me, will be on holiday and not in position to chase up next week. All they would say is that an email will be sent out this week (same response as the last 3 weeks)

If everyone is using an e-ticket we may as well all camp outside selhurst for 2 weeks as no-way will they get everyone into the ground for KO. The number of people who can't use a printed ticket angers me every time!

The recent email says that season ticket holders will be able to buy tickets for Brentford on Monday. I've already renewed my ST. I surely don't have to pay again? Or does this refer to additional tickets that ST holders might want? By the way, will we be in our usual seats? I think I know the answers, but anything that contains the words "Palace" and "tickets" should be treated with caution. Confusion is rarely far away.

Outrageous penny pinching chaos from Palace, and they want to blame it on coronavirus.
