Just purchased two season tickets for the first time and was hoping someone could help we with a few basics I couldn't see in the FAQs on the website.

What games are/are not included beyond the usual premiership games? Eg cups etc

For the odd occasion I can't attend, what platform/how do I sell the tickets back/onwards?
