The way I see it is you have an interview, discuss Ts and Cs including salary and accept or decline.
Wtf has what the boss earns got to do with anyone.
Start dictating how much a company CEO,director or owner can earn and there will be many people not working at all. But hey at least everyone will be equal. What you want is nationalism CP. Was tried back in 1936 in a land not far away. Didnt go well tbh.

I got enough to get by , as long as i don"t live beyond my means, lets hope in years to come we don"t have people moaning they can"t afford a flat, even in Hull, the reply will be, haven"t you heard of a tent? Remember be cryrst in years when the penny drops that all the money has been skimmed off by the top .5%, and the rest are struggling to keep afloat, it"s gone to far already- you heard it here first mate!

The way I see it CP is that has been happening since time and memoriam. Even when silk was being exchanged for goods. The only difference is now we are aware. The system is there and no one of whichever persuasion politically will change it.
Now real socialism like Venezuela and rhodesia are showing you that in huge amounts. The west generally still has a relative amount of balance.
Covid is an artificial amount of hardship and I feel for people on their uppers. Once done the boom will be like nothing before and that's a fact. Many will be making hay for sure.
Why pick on hull

Hope so, hull is about the cheapest place to buy over here, you can get a nice flat for 50 k, always good to know a bolthole if the ceiling caves in!

It may hurt to see a CEO earn so much, but a good one more than earns it back.

From the staff, you ****might**** find a good replacement but a wrong choice can destroy a business and cost thousands of jobs.

That's why big pension funds, who own these businesses on our behalf, tolerate high wages for the right candidate.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

Maybe he should take it now with retirement as that straw is getting heavy.

Is a PL manager who achieves his remit worth several million pounds a year in salary (in the case of Palace about 3.5% of our annual revenue)?

I guess some random coach might do just as good a job.

It might, if we park it in front of the goal; but that's what we're paying Roy to do...
