I am the opposite of a whiney lefty. I am just aghast at the waste of tax payer money and general incompetence that on the face of it was shown by the Govt departments and civil servants.

I know for example, the US had consular staff all over China at airports literally gazumping PPE being air freighted to other countries.

It was a difficult time but that does not excuse incompetence.

Another example is the enormous sums stolen by organised crime by setting up overnight companies to get Govt hand outs.

This Govt is doing a good job of making all the potential political gains of Brexit evaporating.

Others will disagree but that's fine

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
