At half-time Garry Monk only puts 3 points on the board, allows the players to look and take them in, then comes in and makes his point.He doesn't baffle them with a plethora of information. In the dressing room, he likes all his players to sit together so he doesn't have to keep turning his head.He also likes his individual units to sit together at half-time so they can discuss details regarding the first half.
