personally, I don't think it's possible to predict who we'll buy, since that is out of our control.

But what we can guess at is the profile of player we'll end up with.

Goalkeeper, underwhelming, PL-experienced player who's not brilliant but not utter garbage either (to replace VG)

FORWARD, a wilf-esque youngish player to replace wilf (think Eze but not necessarily Eze)

Right back: a veteran from a big club for Ward and Ferguson to compete with

Midfield: someone fairly decent from overseas. 22-24-ish
