This is where we switch to our main target mget gazumped by West Ham again and the Eze trail goes cold. We then try to go back for him but are told to do one by his advisors and we end up with Danny Welbeck and Ibe

Edouard withought a doubt much more of an all round striker to go with his goal scoring. He always shines for Celtic when playing in the European competitions. Let us hope the fact they want McCarthy helps us get him.

Edouard is clearly the better striker, but Watkins offers more flexibility and can play either as a striker, wide player or no 10? If we were lucky he could be a goal scoring wide player, which wouldn't be bad at all.

Edouard. Have to admit £18 release clause for Watkins is a lot lower than I expected (given all the fanfare around him being Championship top scorer) so IF that figure would secure him Wouldn’t be disappointed by it. He’ll have to continue to improve mind you - and will deffo find it difficult against top defenders. Hector had him well under control yesterday.

I have not seen him play in all honesty, but he would not get the chance to score 15+ tap ins in the PL in one season, I'm pretty sure of that. I agree Mr Lovechild, those kind of goals are hard to come by in the Premier League and we're certainly not the team to provide them, coming here would only stall the lads career.
