That's what that t*** got for peeing on pc palmers memorial and rightly so the donut. Although 16 pints and mental health issues as reported may not have meant he was thinking straight. Outraging public decency was the charge. Is that because where he pissed out in public or that it was on the memorial. Isnt that what a flasher gets done for. Does this set a precedent bearing in mind the present attacks on statues and pictures etc from all sides. Might make people think twice as a criminal record could end your future.
