Don’t know why Gary Neville has included Brighton for praise. They wanted the season scrapped. Anything actually to cancel the possibility of relegation. The players not taking a cut is still and still will be an issue. You have Palace asking for fan donations and problems ahead.

Richest league in the world and our club is hoping our fans donate the remainder of their season ticket to the academy rather than taking a refund. I’m sort of gobsmacked that this even needs to be asked for. Are we that skint? If so, could the players have shown a bit of real support for their club and taken a pay cut for the remainder of the season?

Wigan go into administration the first of many I suspect. If they get a 10 point deduction that dumps them into the relegation zone.
