For longer than I like to remember I've been doing an annual fixed entry. Apart from when it's renewal time, or - much more rarely - when I receive a cheque for £2.07, I don't even think about it. But I've just started to wonder what's happening to my last annual payment back in October. I've heard nothing from the company. Does any other punter know?
