Saw him perform in Folkestone in 1988 the concert hall holds around 1300 but there must have been less than 100 in the hall badly published pre internet days.He came on with a full band picked up his microphone and said you guys don't follow the crowd as the crowd sure isn't here he then proceeded to put on one of the best shows I have ever seen sang for around 2 hours pitch perfect belting out all the hits fair play to him he could have cancelled the show. A very sad loss Eddie large and him in the last 24hrs RIP
