But you never know, this quarter may see a dramatic drop????? You are wrong here Tim. Whilst overall the housing market has been pretty good, due solely to the Stamp Duty holiday, the demand for flats has fallen. Basically Covid meant that many people are now working from home full time and thus have been wanting to get out of flats into somewhere bigger and with outdoor space. Obviously the stats you linked to would not show this but it’s very much what has happened.
