Early 70's took a holiday job at a paint factory in Western rd Mitcham. Had to clean out the paint mixing bins with acetone which basically involved pouring the acetone in then reaching inside with a brush to scrub the inside. Everytime I got near it the acetone overwhelmed me, I buggered off at lunchtime never to return. One of the other 2 doing the job had been at it for years, he must have had terrible withdrawal symptoms when he took holiday leave!
