I remember Curcic playing for us in 98 against Derby and playing a blinder. Just stumbled across this while surfing the net and never realised how intetesting his life was. Didnt know he went to America and met Jordan and Rodman. He was mates with George Michael and Robbie Williams and entered Big Brother and even won it. His stories abput getting a nose job and hiring a party bus are pretty funny too.

Man is the most insane species. He worships an invisible God and destroys a visible Nature. Unaware that this Nature he’s destroying is this God he’s worshipping.

I can remember going to West Brom away during that time. It was a midweek game and we lost 3-2. I saw Sasa coming out of the betting booth beneath the away stand. Hopefully, he had bet on a a Palace win!

An extremely skillful player and what a character. I am not sure that he would fit into Roy's system or preferred style of play.

Great to hear is doing OK and that there is still a Palace connection.

Extremely talented player I've got fond memories of the 3 2 at home to wolves and the 2 2 draw with Watford

walking down the holmesdale road to see the palace aces!

Incredible talent but total headcase.

Skill wise id say he'd be in the top half dozen Palace players ever, right up there with Wilf and Vince.

Did not fulfil however his potential and who in their right mind would willingly retire from football at 29.

He was brought out at half-time in a game at Selhurst a couple of season back. He milked it for all it was worth and they had trouble getting him off.

Anyone remember him marching round the touchline during a game carrying a banner, I think it was a protest against NATO bombing of Serbia but could be wrong?

I do wasn't that around the time he stopped playing for us.

I didn't agree with the club allowing him to do a political protest at the ground.

I think he was on the subs bench, brought in his poster and just did it without club's knowledge or sanction.
