The saga goes on
I have two season tickets in my household .
So far this season I have had to go to the box office to obtain my tickets for each game .
On Tuesday 14th September I received in the post 1 new plastic season ticket .
On going to the box office yesterday to get a paper ticket and mentioning this I was told , it had been sent and it was the post office fault it had not been delivered . If my plastic ticket has not turned up before the next game [ Leicester ] they would send me out a new one .
Now my brother is having problems down loading his ticket on to his phone . I told them this and was told to get him to phone the box office and they would send him a plastic one .
I was unaware of the option to have either a smart phone or a plastic ticket .
I wonder how many would have preferred a plastic ticket rather than a smart phone app .

I was in same situation as you. I have saved s/t to Apple Wallet. When you have red s/t on screen, go to 3 small dots in top right corner. You should see small version of s/t. Scroll down on this page and qr code is there, for Brighton game
