Will we still be able to play in the European championships if we leave the EU?
If not can we play our own tournament with Wales, N Ireland and the sweaties? Least we’d win it each time it’s played.

I’m not to upto date /interested with politics, but if we leave Europe , I take it will are still a European country? Or will we be starting our own continent?

Imagine so. There are a few countries playing who aren’t EU members.
The Home Internationals were fun - London always had a few dazed looking and hungover Scotsmen wandering around for a few days after we’d played at Wembley. Can’t believe they haven’t happened since 1984 when N Ireland won.

Ceasing to be a member of the EU does not mean the end of us being European, and neither football nor the Eurovision song contest are anything to do with the EU**

** at least so far**

If the answer to that was No, Dave would've had that front and centre on the remain pamphlet shoved through our doors
