I think one was awarded against Brighton defender Ian Chapman who in recent seasons managed Burgess Hill Town.
Chapman was, and might still be, the youngest player (16) to have played for Brighton's first team.

My brother was a local league referee at the time and was attending a course to promote to County level. Mr Morton was a guest, he had been criticised in the media for giving so many penalties in one game, so he showed the course clips of the penalties and challenged anyone to disagree with his decisions. Unanimously they all agreed that every penalty decision was correct
