Anyone else apply and fortunate enough to be awarded tickets from the ballot?

Between my brother and I, we have somehow managed to scrape 12 tickets (none of my mates got any) - x4 of which are for the first semi final!

Dependent on the progression of the tournament we could be attending all games we have tickets for - but that still leaves us with 6 spare.
Is anyone else in the same position / has been in the same position for a major tournament in the past and had any experience in re-selling the tickets outside of the official FIFA/UEFA platform - and if so where?

I'm aware that for the Champions League final in May, ticket re-sales were almost glorified by the BBC - with them interviewing people who had traveled to Madrid and had been able to sell their tickets for thousands, but for international games it seems a bit tighter...

Any advice would be much appreciated!
