Keep this up and we'll be in the mid 60's next May.

While the Manc's will be on 111 - after we beat them at their place !

5 from the first 4 would be a decent start now we have one. I’d like to see 7 points, we need to be targeting all the promoted teams as wins unless we want to be in a relegation scrap. I know Sheffield got a point the other day but their team looks dreadful and I fully expect them to be this seasons whipping boys.

Not the 7 from where I expected but still it’s the number of points that matter. Great start. Our next 7 or 8 games are really tricky. If we can somehow get 6 from our next 4 then we would be in a really good place. Norwich is a big game for us.

I have also noticed that we have the lowest goals against in the league....but the end lowest goals scored. Just goes to show not conceding goals gets you very near the top. COYP

Very good points tally but could easily have only been four points. If the penalty had been scored against United and Villa's goal had been allowed as it should have.We have had some bad luck in the past so lets make the most of it.

Agree we have been very fortunate this year - normally we're ruing points taken away from us by refs, not points gained!
We've been due some run of luck, and this is it. We now need to take the confidence gained and run with it! Onwards and upwards!

Could have been more if Ayew had taken his chance v Everton.

You know 4-1 would not have flattered us against Villa.
