Shorter one!

Obviously these players are less known than the ones who played in the U21 Euro championship, as they have hardly stepped up to first teams in top leagues and are still extremely young.

From the well known ones, I can name:

Chucho Hernandez- striker for Colombia, played for Huesca in the Spanish second division, where he did very well and promoted and a little less well in the Spanish top division this year, as they got relegated, on loan from Watford. Very promising, but they supposedly want 20 million+ to let him go.

Luis Sinisterra- the other Colombian striker playing in Europe, for Feyenoord, but hasn;t gotten much playing time

Ibrahima Niane- Senegalese striker in the French Ligue 2 for Metz

Diego Lainez- Mexican winger bought by Betis of Spain for 15 million

Andrea Pinamonti- Italian striker who played at Frosinone on loan from Inter, decently in the Serie A for a 20 year old

Luca Pellegrini- Italian left back for AS Roma, brother of midfielder Pellegrini, got a few matches for Roma last year as backup for Kolarov and is the subject of a transfer to Juventus this summer to be backup for Alex Sandro

Stiven Plaza- Ecuadorian striker for Valladolid

Sarpreet Singh- New Zeeland attacking midfielder playing in the Australian A-league and going to Bayern Munich's second team

Nicolas Schiappacasse- Uruguayan striker, probably the best in the world at this age level, playing for Parma's first team in Italy on loan from Atletico Madrid

Erling Haland- Norwegian giant striker recently transferred by RB Salzburg for many million

Tom Dele Bashiru- Nigerian central midfielder for Man City 2 (out of contract in the summer)

Kingsley Michael- Nigerian midfielder for Perugia

Andiy Lunin- Ukrainian gk playing for Leganes on loan from Real Madrid

Timothy Weah- American striker playing for PSG

Konrad de la Fuente- American very young (17 yo) winger playing for Barcelona youth, getting as far as semi-finals in the Youth Champions League where Barcelona was defeated by Chelsea

Malian players for RB Salzburg's second team, Liefering: forward Sekou Koita, midfielders Mohamed Camara and Ousmane Diakite

Alban Lafont- starting goalkeeper for Fiorentina in Italy. Very, very agile, similar to Areola of PSG. He wasn;t with the U21s, being left here at the U20s with his age level, to be a starter, but he's better than any goalkeeper in the world below the age of 22.

Jean Todibo- Frencgh central defender of Barcelona

N'dicka- Frenc central defender of Eintracht Frankfurt

Zagadou- Fench central defender of Borussia Dortmund

Cuisance- French central midfielder of Moenchengladbach

Moussa Diaby- French winger of PSG

Moussa Sylla- French striker of Monaco

Diogo Dalot- Portuguese fullback of Man Utd

Ruben Vinagre- Portuguese left back for Wolverhampton

Gedson- Portuguese central midfielder for Benfica

Miguel Luis- Portuguese central midfielder for Sporting

Jota- Portuguese winger for Benfica

Trincao- Portuguese second striker for Braga

Rafael Leao- Portuguese center forward in France, for Lille (Champions League playing next year)

Lee Kang-in- South Korean attacking midfielder for Valencia

Ezequiel Barco- Argentine winger in the MLS, for Atlanta, subject to a 10 million transfer

Leo Tethani- South African forward for Ajax 2

Lyle Foster- South African striker for Monaco

From all of theses, I'd recommend the goalkeeper Alban Lafont and Uruguayan striker Schiappacasse
Concerning Lafont, sometimes, when a team has a bad season, the Presidents or Sporting Directors make harsh decisions. The gk was Fiorentina's least worry the entire year. They didn;t get to 15th place because they conceded a lot of goals, no, the defense was actually solid. They didn't really score and didn't pick up wins.

Lafont is worth 30 million+. But Fiorentina thinks they need an overhaul and loaned him to Nantes with an option to buy for just 7 million.

It's the same thing with Schalke. How to sell striker Embolo for just 10 million to Moenchengladbach??? They had paid for him 22 millions just 1 year ago. And they boy had played pretty well last season! Ok, not exceptionally, but such harsh measures weren't necessary. When Moenchengladback will get 60-70 million from selling Embolo, Schalke will scratch their heads!

Same for Fiorentina and Lafont, Nantes has gotten a 7 million buy option for a gk even more agile than PSG's Areola.

Schiappacasse is on loan at Parma, but the Italians are a pretty poor team, I don;t think they can pay what Atletico Madrid is asking for him. The boy can play as center forward, second striker, right winger or left winger. Scored in Uruguay, Copa Libertadores, Youth Champions League and the Spanish second division, but the real wonder is what he did for the Uruguay U20 national team: 19 goals and 7 assists in 2800 minutes!! I don't even understand how someone had time to play 2800 minutes for the U20 team! He started playing in 2016, when he was 17 yo. Scored (and in may cases assisted as well) against all South American teams, except Bolivia.

Semi-finalist at the U20 World Cup in 2017, they lost the semi-final on penalties to Venezuela, after having beaten Italy, Japan (his goal), South Africa and Portugal. Top scorer for the U20 South American Championship in January this year. Scored against Honduras in this World Cup and assisted against Norway, they made it past the group, but lost in the knockout stage. He's looking like one of the best prospects in the world.

The Ukrainians eventually won the competition after a final against Italy. They didn;t really seem like the best team, but they made an organized group and defended well, had a bit of luck in the eliminating matches as well. They don;t have extraordinary football players and those who are any good play for Shakhtar Donesk and Dinamo Kiev, making it very hard to transfer them for normal money. For example, Dynamo Kiev has already paid 6 million (a gigantic sum for him) for 19 year old striker Vladyslav Supriaha. They tried to field him for a few minutes in the league, but he couldn't do anything. Next season he'll be on loan at Dnepr. Georgian-Ukrainean winger Tsitaishvili willl be promoted to Dynamo's first team for next season. Right back Konoplia might make Shakhtar's squad.

From the teams that didn't make it to the Tournament, I can name England, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany.

From England, Dwight McNeil of Burnley stands out, he has also had a great PL debut season. But they won't sell for cheap.

Marcus Edwards with just 1 more year of contract with Tottenham, Josh Sims of Southampton, Marcus Tavernier (very fast, very fit left footed) of Middlesbrough. They'd make good additions for the future, being home grown. Central midfielder Dan Crowley, now playing in the Eredivisie, though a bit older at 21, is for me very close to Mason Mount's level, but 10 times cheaper.

Irish center forward of Nigerian descent Jonathan Afolabi is free and should be given a chance. He's also home grown. And while you're at it, give Callum Roberts a trial, even if he's already 22, he was one of the best wingers in youth PL in the last years, but Newcastle let him go for free.

Tom Dele Bashiru, central midfielder raised by Man City, is also out of contract.

Netherlands left back Juan Castillo of Chelsea youth is out of contract this summer and could be gotten free, to develop with the second team or be loaned out to the Championship to gain experience. He was a starter in the winning Youth Champions League campaign and has contributed with a lot of goals and assists. I'm actually surprised Chelsea didn;t offer him another contract.

Norwegian Jens Peter Hauge is definitely one to be taken. He has 1 goal and 4 assists for Norway U20, 8 goals and 15 assists in Norway's second league and 2 goals and 2 assists in Norway's first league by the age of 19. He plays for Bodo Glimt and would be cheap.

To be followed:
Icelandic Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson, left footed winger from Fulham, gone to the Danish forst division this summer to gain experience and playing time.
Scottish Zak Rudden of Rangers' second team has just 1 more year of contract and slight perspectives of first team football with them, though he has been amazing in the Scottish second division and for their U19s.
Vincent Thill is an attacking midfielder who can;t really get to a major tournament cause he's from Luxembourg! But he's one of the best talents in French football. His contract with Metz is running out and he's now on loan at Ligue 2 team Orleans. He'll just have 1 year left of contract when the loan finishes, so available for just a few million.
Robin Hack of Germany has moved from Hoffenheim to Nuremberg for 0.5 million. He has had a disappointing last year, but had great youth years before. He might find his form as he develops and matures, is one to keep an eye on.
Same for Greek-German Nikos Zografakis who has moved from Hertha's second team to Stuttgart's second team this summer.
Romanian Claudiu Micovschi or Genoa's youth is one who I know to be very good. Left footed, rocked the Italian Primavera last year, but did average this year. He might or might not be loaned out by Genoa this summer. If they don't use him, they might consider selling. Also, Romanians Valentin Mihaila and Valentin Costache are worth to be followed.
Austrian Michael Lema is one I talked about in the “Euro U21 squads” section. Austria also has a promising center forward in Serie A based striker Jakupovic.
Czech Republic's young 16 year old striker from Sparta, Adam Hlozek, is probably the most sought out European at his age. He has just 1 more year of contract and if he could be convinced to come to Palace, he'd be a great signing for the future. He is very strong for his age, even playing in the Czech first division with ease.

Id love some Italian players playing for palace so luca pellegrini sounds good.

Id also look to Scandinavian countries for players and players in lower leagues in this country.

Maybe look at teams that didn't get promoted.

I would say because we have tall players like wickham and benteke we should go for small agile players like what we had with gayle. Someone to pass the ball to, who is quick and can run onto the ball.

If we are keeping benteke then midfielders like meyer who can pass the ball to his head would also be a welcoming addition.

Luca Pellegrini would be amazing, but he'll go to a PL Top 6 club from Roma
