A report from The Verge
Between 1st January to March 28th 2019 Microsoft Outlook was hacked, accounts information was accessed by the hackers they were also able to read emails and use the information on stolen iPhones.
Microsoft spokes person told The Verge that a period of 6 months before Microsoft found out was not validated and denies the time period, but have accepted that a breech had taken place. Microsoft will not disclose how many accounts have been effected. Maybe putting two and two together and making twelve but seems strange.
